Dunlop's hydraulic hoses and fittings are designed, validated and manufactured to work as a matched pair. This means that the final hose assembly, if correctly assembled is as much of an engineered component as its constituent parts. Along with a full range of standard wire braid and spiral reinforced hydraulic hoses and their associated fittings, Dunlop offers a selection of specialized products for quality critical applications.

For example; 'Firesafe' hose for situations where the hydraulic system must continue to operate during a fire or 'Waterblast' hose for use with very high pressure cutting and cleaning systems operating at up to 20,000 PSI. Where applicable, products have been approved to national and international standards laid down by defense, mining and marine authorities including the UK Ministry of Defense, Bureau Veritas, Lloyds Register of Shipping, Det Norske Veritas, Germanischer Lloyd, American Bureau of Shipping and MSHA.

Dunlop offers a special hose covering called Tuflex, which enables hoses to continue to operate for longer periods in harsh or abrasive conditions such as mining, forestry and waterjetting.
